13 years ago, the Vespa was launched in Mumbai at hands M.D Ravi Chopra. A day that seems like it was yesterday, as the scooter still look similar even after more than a decade. A lifecycle of any product over decade in 2025 feels like eternity. The scooters were again launched in Mumbai, in 2025 didn’t seem to have come close to the same fan fare. An analysis of photos and the press note sent by Vespa says its new gen, but there isn’t anything new to be seen. Apart from connectivity features and OBD-2 regulatory changes, we don’t expect anything to change from this 3-valve, BS6 scooter. Retaining the same design and new colors name in Italian, we cannot see anything from this far away.
