2016 BMW 3-Series Gran Turismo Facelift will strength premium category of in the segment as always with the GT series

BMW is all set to take the market in this festive season. Week before festive season hits us all and some of the them have already gone by. BMW is taking full advantage and launching new products. The brand has just launched the facelifted GT which comes with an option of the petrol-engine and continues with similar traits. However, there are massive changes once you look closely.

The new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo with Sport Line On the inside gets, contrasts between black and red contrast rings on the round gauges of the instrument panel, including sporting chromo scaling, red contrast stitching on the sports steering wheel and a basic decorative trim strip in high-gloss black with coral red accentuated strip makes it look sporty indeed. Additional upholstery options are also available with Sport Line. Package also includes the vehicle key is designed in black with a red decorative strip.

The new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo with Luxury Line on the other hand impresses with its classic and elegant design. Black high-gloss chrome unit along with aluminium door sill plates, sports leather steering wheel, exclusive colours for the ambient lighting and chrome edging for the air vents are all new.

The new petrol and refined diesel engines makes it to the 3-Series Gt. The two-litre four-cylinder diesel engine of the BMW 320d Gran Turismo makes 190 BHP and a torque of 400 Nm at 1750-2500 RPM. The car accelerates takes just 7.7 seconds to hit the ton. The two- litre four-cylinder petrol engine on the other hand is the highlight of the car. With 252 BHP And maximum torque of 350 Nm at 1,450 – 4,800 rpm makes it accelerate from 0 -100 km/hr in just 6.1 seconds. The eight-speed Steptronic Sport automatic transmission performs smooth shifts and does duty on both engines.

The new BMW 3 Series Gran Turismo Facelift safety kit includes six air bags, Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS) with brake assist, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC) including Dynamic Traction Control (DTC), Cornering Brake Control (CBC), Side-impact Protection, Runflat tyres with reinforced sidewalls, emergency spare wheel, electronic vehicle immobiliser and crash sensor.
