2017 Hero Pleasure BSIV continues with the same Honda engine that has been emission compliant and now boasts flashy color schemes

Like every other manufacturers, Hero is launching their BSIV products silently. The manufacturer has rolled out all of its motorcycles with BSIV engines and this time it is launching its scooters with BSIV compliant engines. The Maestro and Duet are to get it soon and for now its is the pleasure which gets the same. Hero has taken the liberty of adding new color schemes and revising the features list along with adding safety feature. Let’s have a detailed look.

Hero Pleasure BSIV Design and Dimensions

Everything continues to be the same as before which was a result of a major facelift in the year 2015. There are new headlamps and tail-lights on offer. The side profile continues to be a single panel. The front apron is identical as before. The new color scheme is now black-yellow and red which makes it look substantially different than before. Dual tone colour options are on offer as well. The list includes the Matte Grey with Red, Matte Grey with Yellow and Matte Grey with White. Single tone colors continue to be on offer which includes Pearl White, Fiery Red, Bold Black and Matte Grey.

Hero Pleasure BSIV Chassis, suspension and brakes

The scooter weighs at 101 kgs and has a ground clearance of 125mm. The front suspension continues to be the poor link-type and the rear is monoshock which is a single sided unit. Both sides are offered with drum brakes. 10-inch wheels have 90×100 tyres slapped on them.

2017 Hero Pleasure BSIV Price and Launch

Launched in April 2017, the prices start from Rs. 45,805 ex-showroom Delhi.

2017 Hero Pleasure BSIV Engine, Mileage And Specification

The 2017 Hero Pleasure comes with the same 102 cc air-cooled, single cylinder OHC mill, the engine is now BSIV compliant and now it is capable of producing 6.9 bhp of power at 7000 RPM and 8.1 Nm of torque at 5000 RPM. The motor comes mated to an CVT gearbox.

There is AHO on offer and integrated braking on offer with the scooter. Feature list continues to be the same with scooter as it gets basic tell-tale lights, revised speedometer and switches on offer with no pass light button either. Side stand indicator and boot light are on offer.
