2017 Honda Dream Neo BSIV With AHO launched to make sure it complies with new emission norms and which makes the Honda commuter motorcycle lineup complete

Honda is also launching all its product with BSIV compliance in the market one after the other. After it is done testing and making it BSIV compliant, the company continues to launch products one after the other. As you can see in the list below, almost all products except the higher end of the market is now BSIV compliant in the BSIV range. The manufacturer started first with the scooters and now has done the same with motorcycles. After the entire range of commuter motorcycles are done it is time to get done with the Dream Neo as well. Honda has stated couple of changes in the Dream Neo and we have the details for you.

2017 Honda Dream Neo BSIV Design and Dimensions

The idea of the design continues to be the same. The manufacturer offers a small and sleek fuel tank, a oval shaped headlamp, a large side panel, a minimalist tail-piece. Large exhaust with chrome heat shield is now on offer. New graphics and color schemes are on offer such as red and black, white, blue and black along with grey and purple.

2017 Honda Dream Neo BSIV Chassis, suspension and brakes

The single downtube frame is a diamond type unit on offer. THe suspension remains the same as before. Telescopic front forks which are hydraulic unit and a rear dual sided suspension which is 5-step adjustable. Brakes continue to be drum on both sides. There is no disc on offer. The tyres are tubeless units. The tyres are both end are 80x100x18.

Launched in May 2017. The prices are 50,007 ex-showroom Delhi.

2017 Honda Dream Neo BSIV Engine And Specification

The engine is now BSIV compliant. The 2-valve, air-cooled motor makes 8.31 BHP of power and 9.09 Nm of torque. The oversquare motor is mated to an 4-speed gearbox. The HET engine is said to deliver around the 70 km/l mark. Top speed is rated at 86 km/hr.
