2017 Maruti Suzuki Dzire is form and function this time as it looks very good and has the potent mechanical bits inside to allure customers
Maruti took everyone by storm when it made sure it was the complete opposite of what the renderings turned out to be. The manufacturer front design was pretty much spot on but the everything else is a surprisingly refreshed version and is eye catcher indeed. The flowing lines, the bring back of the proper curves in the shoulder line and which is also visible in the room, A-pillar and bonnet. The design is the clear highlight of the package and it will make sure Maruti continues to sell it in very high numbers as before. The manufacturer has unveiled earlier last week and will launch it at a later date. The car does look promising to a large extent and offers a lot more on the inside and should turn out good value too. We have all the details of the same.
Maruti Suzuki Dzire Design and Dimensions
The design has taken a quantum leap for sure. The car looks more inspired by the Ciaz when it comes to the side profile and it will be the highlight of the package. The front-end is unlike any other Maruti ever seen before. Large chrome slats, flowing design, minimum overhangs all make car look upmarket. The LED DRL and projector headlights which also house chrome in them add to the luxury quotient. The rear has good looking chunky tail-lamps with LED stripes inside. The new alloy wheels are truly welcome as they are completely different from past designs.

A completely new approach with new dials, flat bottom steering wheel with wooden accents are here. Steering mounted controls, fully electric ORVM’s, climate control, tell tale lights in speedo, MID in the dials as well will be on offer. Quality also remains the same as before and it is acceptable by all standards. Same cycle parts in smaller areas continue. Large touch-screen with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are on offer. A start-stop button and connectivity options are on offer. Parking sensors and other features will be part of the list.

2017 Maruti Dzire Engine And Specification
Yet again, the engines are set to be the same. We see the 1.2 petrol motor making it to the engine bay. The naturally aspirated motor should make 85 PS of power. The 1.3 diesel also continues and should make around 75 PS of power. Extra performance and efficiency will come from the 105 kg light kerb weight over its previous generation car. Both engines now get AMt gearbox as option along with a 5-speed manual as standard. Fuel-efficiency is said to being highest in the compact sedan segment as petrol will deliver 20 km/l and diesel will deliver a mind blowing 28 km/l.
