Mercedes Benz has come up with its latest launch of the E-Class family the 2018 Cabriolet. The latest 2018 Cabriolet is longer and wider than its predecessor. The car is now longer at 4826 mm and wider at 1859 mm and now comes with a soft roof top which can be opened and closed in 20 seconds on the go.
Talking about the design the Cabriolet looks as graceful as the older coupe model but with added flow lines which make the car look a lot more sleeker giving it an exquisite and jaw dropping looks. The E-Class cabriolet is available with 4MATIC four-wheel-drive for the first time and 17-inch alloy wheels as standard. The 2018 Mercedes E-Class comes with a 3.0 litre BiTurbo V6 engine which produces 324 bhp of power mated with 9G tronic automatic transmission.
The Cabriolet is featured with four seats and the rear two seats are separated by a small console with cupholders. On the inside The convertible comes with jet inspired air vents, 64 colour ambient lighting, multiple leather upholstery options, 12.3 inch display and an optional all digital instrumental console, command infotainment system which offers the driver Apple Car Play and Android Auto system.
The 2018 Cabriolet has also been upgraded with a lot of new mechanical features like optional adjustable dampers with multiple settings and optional Dynamic select system which allows the driver to adjust everything from suspension settings to throttle response and transmission shift points. The Dynamic select system allows the driver to select from 5 different modes of driving. Customers of the E-Class Cabriolet will be able to option the soft top in either dark brown, dark blue, black or dark red.
