2018 New Lamborghini Huracan Performante is here to change the numbers game forever with more performance and attitude brimmed up to the top most level
Lamborghini has come up with their latest and meanest machine the Lamborghini Huracan Performante. This pretty new little lambo has already beaten the Nurburgring lap record of 6.52.01 beating the Porsche 918 Spyder. The Performante is said to be a more track focused version of its predecessor Huracan. The super sports car comes with a 5.2 liter vV-10 which produces 631 horsepower at 8000 rpm and 433 lb–ft of torque at 6500 RPM. The Performante uses electronically controlled four wheel drive technology with limited slip differential.
The car has been re-engineered and now comes with the all new engine capability and chassis and above all the Performante now comes with active aerodynamics ALA system. ALA stands for Aerodynamics Lamborghini Attiva which is a smart and innovative system that manages active aerodynamics which opens the rear flaps to allow the air through ridges underneath the wing reducing drag and maximizing top speed and acceleration and also adapts to the driving style and route. The interiors of the car are said to be made from highest quality materials like the seats of the Performante are made from carbon fiber and the upholstery is made from Alacantra, which are extremely light materials and said to increase the performance.
The Performante is said to do 0-60 mph in just 2.9 seconds from a standstill and the top speed of this track monster is said to be about 202 mph with three driving modes strada, sports and corsa. The Huracan Performante is the convergence of technological developments to produce a car delivering perfect performance and represents the powerhouse of Lamborghini DNA and innovation. “It illustrates the pinnacle of Lamborghini V10 production car performance to date on both track as well as on road, and is perfectly demonstrated by its name Lamborghini Huracan Performante”, said Lamborghini boss Stefano Domenicali.
