2020 Motorcycle Launches From Bajaj Include KTM’s, Pulsar’s, Dominar’s and Husqvarna Brand Launch

The Husqvarna Vitpilen 401 and the Svartpilen 401 have been spied on numerous occasions and that solidifies their imminent launch in India. Sources confirm that both the bikes will go under full-fledged production by the end of 2019 and followed by exports as the prior concern. That leaves us with the question ‘What about the Indian market?’ Break no sweat, the sources have also confirmed that Bajaj plans on launching certain models in India by Q1 FY2020. The company officials hint the same.

Clearing some more air, we can expect the production models to sit on wire-spoke wheels and not the alloy wheels that were seen on test mules. Backing up to this change is the cosmetic enhancement of the bikes. Both the Husqvarna bikes will share the 373.2 cc single-cylinder, DOHC, 4-Valve, liquid-cooled engine, from the KTM Duke 390.
Alongside the production of Husqvarna Vitpilen 401 and Svartpilen 401, Bajaj has already scheduled the production of BS6 models in November 2019. The aforementioned launches will give a push to the BS6 up-gradation as the no manufacturer can afford to have stagnant inventory. So, the manufacturers aim at clearing the BS4 stock first and replace it slowly by the BS6 models.

Bajaj has a lot in store for 2020, literally an array of models to be launched. Likes of Husqvarna, bigger KTMs, Dominar, Pulsar and other members, are to come out in 2020 and further ahead. Once the BS6 upgrades are done, the launches will have an increased pace. In the list of new models for 2020, we can expect the KTM 390 Adventure and the KTM 250 Adventure to come out in broad day-light. Reason being, the officials state that the company will pause a few programmes till April 2020 to focus on a couple of new models.
