Just one month after the comprehensive go-local strategy by Jeep brand was announced, Jeep India today announced that production for the locally-assembled 2021 Jeep Wrangler has commenced in its Ranjangaon joint venture manufacturing facility.
The Wrangler was launched in India in 2019 and came at a very steep price of Rs 63.94 lakhs as it was fully imported. The first customer was legendary Kapil Dev too. Let’s see where the new wrangler price reaches to once it begins localization of the SUV.
