KTM had updated the 250 Adventure in the global markets for the 2022 model year and the updates have made their way to the India-spec model today as KTM India launches here today. Bookings commence at KTM showrooms across the country for the new 2022 KTM 250 Adventure, priced at Rs. 2,35,000 (Ex-showroom Delhi). Easy finance options are also available with special EMI’s starting Rs. 6300. The price is the same as before making it good value give an addition of small amount of changes done to it.
Based on the KTM 390 Adventure, the 2022 250 Adventure now comes in two new paint options – blue and white, as well as orange and white. The colours are also seen on the 2022 390 Adventure and now colour KTM’s ADV family. The bike also gets new five-spoke alloy wheels that are reportedly better built and will be able to withstand abuse more easily. The wheels are also shared with the updated 390 Adventure.
There are no mechanical changes on the 2022 KTM 250 Adventure. The motorcycle is powered by a 249 cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled, fuel-injected engine that develops 29PS and 24Nm of peak torque. It continues to get the halogen headlamp with the LED DRL integrated into the unit. The suspension setup includes USD shocks from WP and a monoshock at the rear.
The company launches the new-generation KTM RC 390 scheduled sometime in January 2022 too. The updated 2022 390 Adventure is likely to arrive right after.
