Surprise! KTM 250 Adventure Pictures Released – Know Details

KTM 250 Adventure pictures have some how reached the internet. There is no official word on the website or any other details have been shared. The KTM 250 Adventure looks exactly the same as the 390 Adventure in pictures. The same bodywork and very like the same mechanicals save for some premium stuff found in the 390 Adventure. The 790 Adventure inspired styling is seen here which means its long and low look with just about enough height thanks to suspension travel means it becomes more accessible.

The 250 Adventure should have a lower seat height from 390 Adventure if KTM truly wants some action in terms of volumes from the 250 Adventure. The instrument console will be a normal unit just like how the difference is between the Duke 250 and Duke 390. The headlight also gets LED DRL but there are no LED headlamps, but a halogen unit can be seen here in these pictures.

Engine will be the same 30 PS and 26 Nm unit which is a four-valve, liquid cooled motor. The gearing has to be shorter for the 250 ADV over the Duke because, the latter is tall geared. The suspension will be only adjustable for the rear. Preload only? Or rebound and pre-load also is yet to be seen. Ground clearance as well should be the same 200 mm. The fuel tank of 14.5 litre means you will easily get an 300 km plus range. The kerb weight of around 150 kg dry, will ensure you good fun on the road as well.

The 390 Adventure got front forks that were adjustable but they are not not going to be present here. Same wheels and tyres are seen here as the 390 ADV. The KTM 250 Adventure will easily come under the Rs 3.0 lakh mark on-road and will be around Rs. 2.5 lakh ex-showroom. Never fancied a Xpulse 200 from Hero or quickly want to upgrade?
