Tata Hexa XT Variant seems to be top of the line trim that will get all the bells and whistles including massive 18-inch wheels
Tata Hexa is one of the most ambitious projects by Tata ever made till date. After the Safari Storme which came couple of years back, this is the only big premium product that has come next from their stable. After being spied over and over again over the past one year, Hexa’s launch is just around the corner. The premium MPV will be taking on the likes of the Innova Crysta which has already taken the market by storm. The Hexa will feature everything the new Tata cars have and this new model will get segment first features along with host of new ideas from Tata’s design and connect next teams.
The new MPV spied here in navy blue color actually looks quite intimidating. The flush tail-lamps remind us of a premium car of the past. The front-end is quite futuristic looking and comes with sweeping large headlamps. Dual exhaust pipes, with large bumper at the rear set to offer a split tail-gate ‘experience’ like the Land Rover. There is a lot of influence from Land Rover in this MPV. Terrain response on the inside is controlled via a switch. All new plush interiors are expected.
The engine on the other hand will be the same. However, they will be more powerful than ever. 160 PS and 400 Nm of torque is expected. Manual and automatic transmission shown at the Auto Expo 2016 will make it to the MPV. News confirm that the car will be priced really well. Undercutting the Innova by a huge margin.
