The Tata Tigor is the only sedan in the automaker’s line-up and the sub 4-metre offering has now received a special option pack for the festive season. The Tigor can now be had with leatherette seats on the top-spec XZ+ variant on the petrol and CNG versions of the car. Sadly, the Tigor EV does not get the new optional pack. The leatherette pack is priced at a premium of Rs. 25,000 over the car’s asking price and brings a host of leatherette trim to the cabin.
This includes a leatherette steering wheel cover and white leatherette seat upholstery installed at the factory. While white upholstery looks great and is also seen on the flagship Tata Safari, it will be a task to keep it clean given the Indian weather. That said, for those looking to bring a regal touch to their Tigor, the optional pack offers the same aplenty.
Apart from the leatherette upholstery, there are no additions to the Tata Tigor XZ+. The range-topping version comes equipped with features like a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, climate control, a Harman sound system and more. Power comes from the 1.2-litre three-cylinder petrol engine tuned for 86PS and 114Nm of peak torque, paired with a 5-speed manual and AMT option. The Tigor CNG gets a detuned 1.2-litre motor with 73PS and 95Nm with only the 5-speed manual.
The new Leatherette upholstery is likely to be available for the festive season on the Tigor XZ+.
