Bajaj is on a mission to cements its dominant position in sports motorcycle category every since they launched the new range of Pulsar’s 2021. Bajaj said they were four years late to it. Four years later, almost, the brand has facelifted its entire range. Bajaj back in the day offered significant tech and safety back in the day over its rivals, but they it was outclassed in the age of connectivity and navigation. Bajaj has now strengthen the latter and move higher with even more safety and technology. The manufacturer is the first to give ABS modes in entry level sports machines and now offering everything with its sporty motorcycles such as quick shifters, slipper clutch, traction control and so much more.

Highly Updated 2025 Bajaj Pulsar RS 200 Launch In January 2025

Bajaj can possibly incorporate a lot of this in its new incoming Pulsar RS 160 which is set to go against the likes of the Yamaha YZF R15. Our sources within the manufacturers said that this product can change the way we look at motorcycles from Bajaj in many ways. Good or bad, revolutionary or evolutionary, is yet to be determined. Making over 17.5 PS of power and 14 Nm of torque from a 4-valve engine is confirmed. The engine being liquid cooled or not is still under wraps. Tall geared oil-cooled engine could help Bajaj get a significantly lower price tag than the mega expensive R15. Perimeter frame, USD Forks, revised monoshock over the last gen RS 200 chassis, will be visible once the RS 200 comes out. The RS 400 is also under works says source. Link to the story below.

All in all, we have Bajaj readying everything in its portfolio to go against the likes of the Hero’s hard and fast expanding range of motorcycles. Along with competing with TVS in terms of performance and quality seems to be happening in the right direction. Responding to Yamaha is much a needed step for Bajaj’s stake holders to rejoice in the future. The problem that no manufacturer is able to solve is cannibalization of sales, where, either one of the motorcycle sees the sales increase on the same platform. This is great news for EBITA and ROI, but it isn’t taking sales numbers reaching new heights.

Bajaj Pulsar RS 400 Could Come In Mid 2025!
