After the Pulsar 135 LS sales stopped in the domestic market, the Pulsar 135 LS fans were not so happy to see Pulsar 125 taking shape up. However, once it was launched and ridden, it turned out to be a great bike and did great volumes for the brand too. It became the highest-selling Pulsar in some months of the year, outshining the iconic Pulsar 150. However, Bajaj has heard the young enthusiast plea and this time we are getting the Bajaj Pulsar 125 NS.
The Bajaj Pulsar 125 NS is powered by a 125cc BS6 DTS-i engine which delivers a power of 12 PS which is the highest in its segment and a peak torque of 11 Nm. Its perimeter frame offers high stiffness & low flex for a sharp handling experience. The Nitrox Mono-shock absorber offers great stability even at high speeds. Expect it to ride and handle really well with good stopping power and. Pulsar 125 NS is equipped with CBS and not ABS.
The normal Pulsar 125 on sale costs around Rs 73,000 for the base variant and Rs. 81,000 ex-showroom for top variant. The Bajaj Pulsar 125 NS retails at Rs. 93,690. No matter whichever form of motorcycle we get, one thing is for sure, Bajaj is taking steps to secure its future in the 125cc space just like how it did in the 150, 180 and 220cc.
A category which will see a lot of action from the European rival such as Aprilia in the near future and from the Japanese manufacturer in the far off future. All we have to say is that we are jealous of the new 18-year-old rider who is getting the best of machines to choose. Meanwhile back in the day, we had two option to choose from!
