With the Auto Expo 2020 lined-up in the next 4 months, the list of automakers to be bailing out for the same is a lengthy one. Backing up to this are the slumped down sales and the BS6 compliance.
Manufacturers are more inclined towards resources for the BS6 transition and less towards Auto Expo considering the expenses to be managed. Now the list of brands to skip Auto Expo 2020 includes some very familiar names, likes of Hero MotoCorp, TVS Motors, Honda Cars, Honda Motorcycles and Scooters, BMW, Toyota Kirloskar Motors, Audi, Lexus, etc.
The domestic two-wheeler market is experiencing a slower pace of sales, stagnant inventory and adding up to this is the low market demand. With these obstacles, the brands are also gearing up for the BS6 deadline- 1st April 2020.
But on the flip side, not all the manufacturers are skipping the Auto Expo 2020, some may register no matter what. The list of brands to be present at the event includes Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, Great Wall, Renault, Mercedes-Benz, Skoda, Volkswagen, Force Motors, JBM Auto, SML Isuzu Limited, Suzuki Motorcycles.
The Auto Expo 2020 will be held at the India Auto Expo Mart, in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh and will go on from the 7th of February 2020 to 12th February 2020.
