Navi is one product which seems to be doing huge favors to the Honda brand in India. Every since the unveil at the Auto Expo 2016 it has a created a rage. Navi is not your typical scooter or motorcycle, but it is a combination of both. The engine from the Activa 110cc scooter and all of that is bolted to a motorcycle chassis ergonomics. All of these things means that you get foot pegs at the rear, handlebar at the front and upright riding position just like a motorcycle.
This has made people stand up and take notice. The Navi does remind one of the Grom and with the ‘cute’ looks and funky color schemes and a lot of customization options available, it is become the next thing every youth would want and this time it shows. The Honda Navi sales have taken off and the product has sold 10,000 units in just a couple of months after official launch. Honda seems quite excited for this product since day one and it seems to have paid off. A product made and thought of in India with 100% R&D seems to have gone well.
