Luxury car sale data is finally here from every manufacturer apart from Lexus, Porsche, Maserati. These numbers are sales at the dealer end and show remarkable progress in many aspects. Luxury car bought every day, every month and these last three-quarter. JLR maintains its lead over Volvo despite not posting record sales like everyone else. Most of the Jaguar fleet has been discontinued since two years now, which is set to be EV only in the next two years. Now that is a long wait for their sales to be revived and just rely on high-end luxury market which begins after 1 crore. Audi Records Highest sales since 2015

Volvo Car India has announced robust growth in year 2023
With a remarkable 31% increase in overall sales compared to the previous fiscal year. The company delivered 2423 cars in 2023 as compared to 1851 units delivered in the corresponding year. The locally assembled all-electric XC40 Recharge performed exceptionally well, with 510 units sold during this period. Additionally, the XC60, the top-selling model, witnessed a significant surge, resulting in 921 deliveries in 2023. C40 Recharge has also shown great response and accounts for 180 units within a short period in 2023. Kerala & Tamil Nadu markets shows encouraging BEV acceptance surpassing 100
deliveries each.
JLR India reported three consecutive quarters of record sales.
JLR sold 3,582 units and experiencing a remarkable year-on-year (YoY) growth of 93% in the nine-month period ending 31 December 2023. Thes numbers are not record since the inception of their operations like every one else.
Range Rover and Defender continue to lead with a YoY increase of 250% and 150% (YTD), respectively, contributing to over 75% of the current order book.
JLR India achieved 74% YoY growth in the third quarter of FY24, achieving retail sales of 1,226 units. The newly launched 24MY Range Rover Velar showcased an outstanding YoY growth of 183% in the quarter, significantly bolstering sales in the period.
