If the standard Lamborghini design philosophy wasn’t enough, the Italian supercar maker has given its Huracan a jet fighter inspired treatment. Called the Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Avio limited edition. The supercar has been inspired by the fighter jets of the world and pays an ode to the Italian Air Force. Lamborghini will me making only 250 examples of this limited run of the LP610-4 Avio.
During its launch in India, It has given only a 5-day window for the interested parties to book it. This limited edition Huracan was unveiled at this year’s Geneva Motor Show and features contrasting stripes that run across the cars body. The other exclusive changes to the car are options of white or gray finish on the lower part of the mirrors, side sills, and front lip spoiler.
The Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Avio will be available in five exclusive colors, among them four are matte finishes while one has a pearlescent finish. The exclusive treatment continues on the inside with the use of seats that are beautifully upholstered with a combination of black leather that is matched to contrast white stitching and hexagonal-pattern Alcantara upholstery.
Special “L-63” embroidery on the seats showcases the inspiration behind this Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Avio limited edition. There is also a handmade and enameled plate on the driver’s side window. This further accentuates the already special cars much more rare appeal. For this limited edition Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Avio, the Italian maker has not done any mechanical changes to the car. This means the car continues to use the fire-breathing 5.2-liter V10 engine from the regular Huracan. This engine produces 601 BHP of power while the peak torque rating is at 560 Nm.
All this power and torque is handled by a 7-speed dual-clutch gearbox. All of it is sent to the AWD set-up. This limited edition Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Avio will also have the standard Huracan’s performance figure of 0-100 km/h in 3.2 seconds and 0-200 km/h in 9.9 seconds. It is capable of achieving a top-speed of 325 km/h as well.
