Building on the theme of ‘Crafting a Better Tomorrow’, Lexus showcased its portfolio of electrified cars at the biennial auto extravaganza – the Auto Expo 2023. Lexus’ pavilion of electrified cars was an embodiment of luxe, design, technology & craftsmanship. The Lexus India pavilion at Hall No. 9 offered an immersive experience to visitors to get a glimpse of its expansive range of electrified cars:
Lexus RX
It is the first model that established the luxury crossover segment, globally, with the RX400h being the World’s First luxury hybrid SUV. The all-new RX ushers in a new era of luxury for Lexus. Embracing electrification, intuitive technology, performance and design, the 2023 Lexus RX delivers a long list of innovations. The new RX was developed based on the “Alluring x Verve” design concept, in which the aim was to create a design that combines a sense of seductively attractive looks (Alluring) and a powerful image exuding vitality (Verve).
Lexus LF-30
This car embodies the vision of ‘Lexus Electrification’ with its futuristic design and technology. It made its world debut at the Tokyo Motor Show, announcing Lexus’ vision & direction towards a future generation of electric vehicles.
Lexus LF-Z
This concept model was the first Lexus to be built on the new all-electric platform. This battery EV concept incorporates driving performance, styling, and technologies envisioned for realization by 2025.
Lexus UX300e
This model was the first significant step in the evolution of the brand’s production of battery EVs.
Lexus LM
This opulent & ultra-luxurious car is soon to come to India in an all-new version. It offers a refined personal space optimized for work and relaxation. This display is to just give a hint of what is going to come later.
Lexus 500d
The luxury brand introduced this model last year bringing in a new chapter in uncharted luxury that can be experienced at uncharted locales. It comes with a rich legacy and is crafted to elevate the luxurious experience to unprecedented levels.
Lexus LC 500h
Inspired by the LF-LC concept, this extraordinary flagship coupé was created for a brave new era of luxury, sophistication, and amazing performance that also set a new benchmark for design of cars across the world.
Lexus ES 300h
This car that’s proudly “Made in India ”, makes India the 4th country in the world to produce a Lexus. It combines striking design with world-class luxury, the epitome of Refinement. Crafted. With refined styling, the ES is as beautiful to look at as it is to drive and has the accolade of being the best-selling Lexus, globally.
The Lexus pavilion at Auto Expo 2023 also flaunted some exquisite corners like the Lexus brand gallery – a space conveying Lexus’s essence of design and craftsmanship. Adding on to this, the Lexus Design Award India corner exhibited few of the winning entries from past editions of the property, each embodying the guiding principle of Anticipate, Innovate, Captivate and Enhanced Happiness for all – undertaken for betterment of our societies & the world at large.
Keeping its aim of ‘Omotenashi‘ alive at the Expo like all the other experience centers across India, Lexus also curated the ‘Lexus Lounge’ in their pavilion. This unique and exclusive space was created keeping the Lexus hospitality standards in mind for the guests and to give them a touch of the famed Lexus hospitality.
