The Mercedes-Benz BU Bhandari Showroom in Pune is the latest addition to Mercedes-Benz’s growing footprint of world-class luxury facilities across the country. Such luxurious modern dealerships have become luxury destination in key markets like Delhi NCR, Chennai, Mumbai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Chandigarh, and Coimbatore among others. This new boutique facility in Pune represents Mercedes-Benz’s world-class luxurious retail format, which aims at elevating customer experience through personalized and immersive experiences. This space enables Mercedes-Benz to cater to customers’ evolving purchase patterns as increasingly online and offline channels interlink resulting in the need for a seamless ‘omni-channel’ retail experience.
The new facility features a stylish welcome area where Star Assistants greet customers in an elegantly designed space. The showroom provides diverse consultation spaces including Open, Semi-Private, and Private areas. The Sample Studio provides customers with the opportunity to view paint and upholstery samples under the daylight lamps. The Exclusive Lounge offers customers an opportunity to experience the ‘Top End Vehicles’, emphasizing the design elements of clarity, sensuous curve, and refined rounding. The Vehicle Handover area, designed as a ‘Black Box,’ provides an immersive experience for the emotional moment when customers receive their new car.
Consulting Areas: The warm materials and reduced ceiling height give the Consulting Area a quality of character which makes it a pleasant place to be. Various seating situations can be chosen from for individual consultations in accordance with the customer’s preferences. Media surfaces integrated seamlessly behind Black Glass. It can be controlled individually by the Consultant who can use them to support the consultancy activity.
Shared use of Consulting Areas: The Customer Contact Areas are used jointly by all customer-facing functions including Sales and After-Sales.
No permanent workplaces in Showroom: All permanent workplaces are provided in the Back Office. The Customer Contact Areas in the Showroom are used exclusively for customer consultancy.
Private Consulting Room: A room separated by glass walls and treated with privacy screening is available for confidential discussions. Media presentations and lighting effects allow the room to be configured for a specific brand.
Media surfaces support the consultancy activity. An integrated screen adds a new dimension to how the customer experiences transparency and product showcasing. Creates a digital and emotional experience for a seamless customer journey.
Sample Studio: The newly designed paint and upholstery samples are stored in drawers in the Consulting Area. This is to offer the customers the range of color options and customization if required for high-end cars which are imported and also showcases the available options in India.
Shop: The Shop immediately adjoins the Waiting Area. Shop Gondolas and Display Cabinets allow products from the accessories and collection range to be presented flexibly in the space.
Vehicle Handover: Designed as a “black box”, this space places the emphasis on creating a personal experience-oriented staging of the handover process. As this space is equipped with 8 screen media displays, it is possible both to play atmospheric content and explain product characteristics. This is also to ensure privacy for the customers taking delivery of the cars.
Exclusive Lounge: The Exclusive Lounge concept is in line with MAR20X. This is also equipped with an 8-screen media display showcasing our top end vehicles like the Maybach, S-Class and high end AMG. A space for VIP customers and the most exclusive products. It focusses on the three main design gestures Clarity, Sensuous curve and Refined rounding are integrated and amplified to create an elevated spatial expression of Sensual Purity.
Luxury Plus Layer: We have a dedicated semi-public lounge with bespoke furniture and chain curtain. The chain curtain enhances the overall ambience and adds to the luxury element of the showroom. The Semi-public Lounge gives more privacy to customers who will stay in the showroom longer but need a bit more privacy.
Vehicle Display: Vehicles are presented in a clean, visually reduced setting free from furnishings and displays. Media surfaces highlight certain individual areas, enabling a flexible and atmospheric setting for the products.
Mezzanine Floor Display: This space caters to the young used cars (Mercedes-Benz Certified) on display which are showcased to select interested customers.
Service Reception Horizon Bench – The showroom features a distinct welcome and waiting area for our service customers, seamlessly blending with the overall showroom design.
