Ameo 1.0 Litre Petrol Launched silently and now the car will reach every Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities to attract customers where a VW showroom doesn’t exist
Volkswagen announces the launch of multi-city Ameo roadshow covering more than 250 cities across India. Beginning from 14th April, 2018 the Made-for-India and Made-in-India carline, Volkswagen Ameo will travel a distance of over 30,000kms. over a period of four months. Commencing its journey from Maharashtra in the West, Uttrakhand in the East, Haryana in the North and Karnataka in the South, the Ameo Canter will be covering all four regions in the country.
The Ameo multi-city roadshow focuses on reaching out to newer audiences in high potential areas by bringing Volkswagen India’s distinct carlines to every corner of the country. The roadshow will give potential customers the opportunity to experience premiumness by test driving the Made-for-India and Made-in-India, Ameo. Additionally, explore its features through test drives and make on-the-spot bookings with flexible financial service options.
With a hardcore attempt to improve its India operations and increase its market share to 3% over the next five years, Volkswagen has renewed its approach in the country. Reaching customers to offer them VW products, this multi-city roadshow will enhance Volkswagen’s brand awareness and recall with customers across India.
Meanwhile, the Volkswagen Ameo is available with two fuel options – 1.0L 3-cylinder MPI (New Launched) and 1.5L 4-cylinder TDI engine. For Volkswagen, safety is of paramount importance and the Ameo comes equipped with dual front airbags and ABS as standard fitment across variants. The Ameo comprises of the touchscreen multimedia system, cruise control, rain sensing wipers, centre arm rest, anti-pinch power windows along with static cornering lights are the few features unique to Ameo in this segment.
