New Nissan Terrano Automatic 6 Speed Gearbox (AMT) comes with the new XVD Premium variant and 14 new claimed features on-board
Nissan today announced the start of pre-booking for the new New Nissan Terrano Automatic in India. The new SUV will be based on the top-of-the-line XVD Premium grade. The New Nissan Terrano Automatic features an all-new 6-Speed AMT (Automated Manual Transmission) that is mated to a 1.5-litre diesel engine. The engine is generating 110PS of power and 248 NM of torque.AMT’s are known for ease of driving in the city as subtle speeds. New Nissan Terrano Automatic AMT variant also gets Hill Assist Control and Electronic Stability Program (ESP) for added safety. Fuel efficiency for the New Nissan Terrano Automatic is a claimed (ARAI) rated 19.61 km/l.
Nissan Terrano Automatic gets the addition of as many as 14 new features, spread across all model variants. Feature list includes electrically folding exterior rear-view mirrors with integrated turn signals, anti-pinch driver side windows, a new driver armrest, soft touch plastics on the dashboard and on the door trim as well. There is also White backlit illumination on door switches, new door trim design, one touch turn indicators, and automatic warning for emergency braking will be standard across all variants. On the exteriors, the new body colour called Sandstone Brown will also be available throughout the range.
Nissan Terrano Automatic will be available in the price range of Rs. 13.75 – Rs. 13.85 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi. Interested customers can pre-book their cars with a deposit of Rs. 25,000 at Nissan dealerships. Sales of the New Nissan Terrano Automatic will begin later this month. New Nissan Terrano Automatic will now go against the likes of Renault Duster, Hyundai Creta and Mahindra Scorpio, all of which have been launched over the past one year and have been priced competitively in their respect segments.
