Nikhil Chevrolet Dealership Opens Up in North Mumbai as this Expands GM India network in Maharashtra to 23 showrooms and 26 workshops
As part of its aim to reach out to more customers, General Motors India inaugurated a new Chevrolet dealership in Mumbai today. The Dealership opens up in North Mumbai as “Nikhil Chevrolet”. This increases its count to 7 showrooms and 9 workshops in total when it comes to Mumbai city. This new showroom will give a range of accessories for Chevrolet cars and sales and service GM customers. The showroom is being supported by 2 workshops that are at Goregaon and Kurla. GM India says that they have opened the new dealership in view of the increasing popularity of Chevrolet vehicles in Maharashtra. The exaction place is Nikhil Chevrolet, Char Moorti Compound, Near Evershine Mall, Chincholi Bunder, Malad Link Road, Mumbai
GM says that a team of trained engineers will always be available at the workshop. All latest garage tools, diagnostic equipment and computerized amenities will be available for making things easier for customers. All of this makes sure that GM India continues on its promise of delivering the Chevrolet Complete Care program as it provides assured low-cost of ownership.
These new workshops in Mumbai will offer the same services as other. These services include a Round-the-clock 24×7 Roadside Assistance Program which is free for 3 years with all new car purchases. There is also extended vehicle warranty at a nominal cost, claim GM. Roadside Assistance package is also available for existing customers provided the vehicle is not more than 5 years old.
GM India has also developed Chevrolet Service Estimator Online tool on the Chevrolet India website, which helps calculate periodic service costs. The My-Chevrolet-India mobile application is already there which find & contact the nearest authorized Chevrolet service station. Chevrolet portfolio in India now includes products such as Beat, Cruze, Enjoy, Sail, Sail Hatchback, Trailblazer and Tavera. GM India has plans to launch at least five new models within the space of 24 months. All of this will increase demand and hence new dealerships and workshops will be the need of the day to cater more customers.
