Revolt today announced the re-opening of bookings for its flagship electric motorcycle – RV400 for the second time across the 6 operational cities from July 15th, 12PM onwards. The brand, currently operational in Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Ahmedabad and Hyderabad, had opened for bookings last month and received an electrifying response from the customers.
The brand sold INR 50 crores worth of their flagship model RV400 and closed their bookings in less than 2 hours of them going live. The deliveries of the booked motorcycles will start from September 2021. All interested buyers who missed booking their RV400 the last time can now book their very own Revolt motorcycle through the “Notify Me” tab on the company website www.revoltmotors.com.
The RV400 comes with a 3KW (Mid Drive) motor, powered by a 72V, 3.24KWh Lithium-Ion battery that can churn out a top speed of 85km/h. The bike can be operated through the MyRevolt App, which offers connectivity features such as bike locator/Geo fencing, customised sounds that you can change with just a tap on the screen, complete bike diagnostics, battery status, historical data on your rides and KMs done, and also the option of locating the nearest Revolt Switch Station to swap your Revolt’s battery at, and be on-the-move in less than 60 seconds.
RV400 features three riding modes – Eco, Normal and Sport – each suiting to the riding style and needs of the driver. Also, comes with Upside Down (USD) forks up-front and a fully-adjustable monoshock at the rear to give an unparalleled riding experience.
The company is going to launch VOLT – Vehicle OnLine Tracking system for its customers who have booked Revolt e-bikes. The company is working at a feverish pace to expand its production capacities in order to fulfil the robust demand the company is witnessing. In the same direction, in order to give complete visibility of the delivery of bikes to its customers, company has launched VOLT system which enables the customer to track the status of their bike right from booking till the delivery of their bikes.
Revolt has deeply invested in its technology and AI platform. This system, which is currently available only with e-commerce giants, will be the first of its kind initiative in the auto industry which will give compete clarity to customers of bike deliveries.
