SKoda AUTO India introduces the ŠKODA Shield Plus, a segment first initiative to ensure six years of hassle-free ownership experience. The unique all-inclusive proposition designed under the ‘INDIA 2.0’ project improves transparency with the customer and enhances the overall ownership experience with the brand. The ŠKODA Shield Plus includes Motor Insurance, 24 x 7 Road Side Assistance and an Extended Warranty; and is available across the model range: RAPID, OCTAVIA, SUPERB and KODIAQ.
Å KODA Insurance: Å KODA Shield Plus gives you an array of benefits, value for money and prompt personal service in the event of a claim. It includes the first year of comprehensive insurance and three subsequent years of the third party coverage.
Å KODA Assist (24 x 7 Road Side Assistance): Å KODA Shield Plus offers a 24×7 reliable roadside assistance to customers for the fifth and sixth year. If a Å KODA vehicle is immobilized for any reason (including mechanical/electrical failure, flat/weak battery, flat tyre, fuel exhaustion, mislaid key, breakdown, and accident) a phone call to Å KODA Assistance will provide timely assistance nationwide.
Extended Warranty: Å KODA Shield Plus ensures a hassle-free warranty service which now spans for an additional period of the fifth and sixth year or 1,50,000 kilometres (whichever is earlier) from the date of purchase of a Å KODA vehicle.
4 X 4 X 4 Service Care Package
ŠKODA previously introduced India’s first 4 year service care program which consists of a 4 year warranty program and a 4 year (24 x 7) Road Side Assistance which is standard on all ŠKODA vehicles. Additionally, customers have an option to purchase a 4 year service package at an attractive price which ensures a hassle-free ownership experience.
