Suzuki is expanding in the two wheeler market after a really long time of wait and approvals. The manufacturer started bringing in superbikes in the country almost half a decade ago with the Hayabusa and the Bandit. Other superbikes followed such as the V-Strom and the litre class GSX-1000R. Along with it, the Japanese manufacturer sold scooters and commuter motorcycles as well. The manufacturer continuous to operate in every segment and now launched the highly successful Gixxer twins to make sure their long waiting dream of catching up with some amount of market share happens. To make sure everything happens smoothly, everything is being divided. We can see here for the first time, a superbike showroom from the brand Suzuki Two-Wheelers in Mumbai.
Our reader Faizal Siddiqui sends us these photos of the dealership which show that it is a small dealership in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. However, the unique part to this showroom is that DSG riding gear is for sale as well. The dealer for DSG and Suzuki are the same and hence we can see both being sold under one roof. Photo suggests that the showroom is quite tight and has the brand new GSX-1000S and GSX-1000F are on display along with two other motorcycles. There is a lot of gear to choose from as well from partner DSG as well.
Motorcycles are sold from here as well and the on-road price for the GSX-1000 twins are priced around 14.5 lakhs and 15.5 lakhs on-road Navi Mumbai. The motorcycles have some rave reviews going for them in India and worldwide reports also suggest the bikes are real fun to ride. Maharashtra just hiked prices of CBU units and superbikes to make sure they can cash on the sales of these motorcycles, which are increasing and one of the reason why the manufacturer are launching them one after the other as super bikes get popular in our country.
