Yamaha Fazer 250 Rendering is pretty much spot on when you consider the new fairing seen on the 150cc version.
The good blokes at IAB have done it again. They have come up with a rendering of the upcoming Fazer 250 which is set to come in the market very soon. Yamaha tells that this is an ‘obvious’ move as always to make sure it gets the sales chart happy and so do the enthusiast. The FZ25 on paper looks like an ideal street fighter for our market as it has a lot of torque, a 5-speed gearbox and 21 PS to make sure to is easy to ride, delivers more economy and enough power to keep enthusiast satisfied.
The rendering seen here in the blue color isn’t what we expect to see, but the white color we see is most likely to make it and does look more realistic. In the touring spirit we see the motorcycle has a top-box which looks pretty apt on this motorcycle. We though, expect more bespoke fairing from Yamaha this time as this motorcycle is a segment above, but still want to see the new ‘fangs’ that are seen on the new Fazer 150cc has. The motorcycle in the picture continues to be the same as it is the deal with the previous FZ/Fazer comparison. The chassis, suspension and exhaust are identical and the engine will continue to be the same.
The motor makes 21 PS of power and 20 Nm of torque from an oil-cooled 2-valve motor which is paired to an 5-speed gearbox. The economy is rated a impressive 43 km/l and the motorcycle offers peppy performance, good dynamics along with other Yamaha DNA which includes fun and easy to ride characteristics. The FZ25 is priced at 1.19 lakhs, we expect the Fazer 250 to be priced at Rs. 20,000 more than the FZ25 to make an ideal value for money proposition.
